- Check-in: on your arrival day, your room is available after 2.00 pm. If you expect to arrive later than 8.00 pm, please inform us before 6.00 pm.
- Check-out: we kindly request you to leave your room before 11.00 am on your check-out day.
- Payment: you can pay cash, with EC-card or creditcard when checking out. Please understand that we charge a supplement of 3% for creditcard payments. A down payments is not necessary, if you wish you can pay your holiday in advance, our bank details: VR-Bank BGL, account nr. : 3411419 bank identification: 71090000.
- Dogs: ojust on request, from 10,- EUR per day (without dog food). Please inform us about your dog already in your inquiry. If necessary, cleaning fee 100.- Euro.
- Internet: for a small fee of 8,- EUR/week you will receive a personal password for the use of our WLan hotel-system. To use internet, you have to bring your own laptop.
- Children's prices: bed & breakfast for kids up to 6 years old free of charge. For kids from 6-12 years old we charge € 18,00 in the parents' room, for 12 to 16 years we charge € 23,50 per night. Childrens Halfboard additionally 9,50/day.
- Tourist tax: will be charged additionally and will immediately be transferred to the tourist office. per person and night Euro 2,10.
- Location: on the sunny side of Ramsau, ca. 2 km from the city centre. Distances: 10 km to Berchtesgaden centre and railway station, 35 km to Salzburg Airport Bus stop right in front of the hotel, limited schedule. We advise you to travel by car.
- Nonsmoking: our rooms and all public rooms in our hotel are nonsmoking in accordance with the Bavarion Nonsmoking law. Therefore we request you to smoke on your balcony only.
- Parking: free hotel parking during your stay.
- Restaurant: breakfast buffet: 07:30 to 09:30 am, Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays from 11:30 - 20.15 continuously warm dishes. Monday thru Friday warm dishes from 2 pm to 8:15pm. Within this period of time you can take your half board. Our restaurant is opened daily until 22.00 pm, except for Wednesdays.
- Cancellation insurance: we advice you to conclude a cancellation insurance. We are glad to send you the necessary application form and documents on request, free of charge.
- Cancellation terms: cancellations up to 35 days before arrival can be made free of charge. For later cancellation we charge you as follows:
34 - 20 days before arrival: 60 % of the costs of your booking
20 - 07 days before arrival: 70 % of the costs of your booking
07 - 00 days before arrival: 80 % of the costs of your booking
In case of later arrival or earlier departure we charge your the room price minus 20%
- Hotel classification: our hotel is awarded with 3 stars superior in accordance with the Guidelines of the German Hotel Classification.
